About Lake Spullersee

Lake Spullersee is a high mountain lake in Vorarlberg which was dammed between 1919 and 1925 to electrify the Arlberg railway and since then has been used for power generation. Lake Spullersee is a popular fishing lake in the summer months and is well known for its trout. During the winter fishing is not possible due to the ice on the lake.
